Dunlap's Oil Service is a full-service heating company which means we have our own service technicians that are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to address any of your service needs. Our service technicians are fully licensed and have years of experience working on every type of oil fired heating system. Any type of service problem you are experiencing, they are trained to fix promptly and professionally. We have the best service department around and promise to complete any repair that you need the day that you call to report your problem.
INSTALLATIONS and CONVERSIONS
Our service department specializes in installing all heating systems available on today's market. Whether you are looking to install a complete heating system or you want to upgrade the system you currently have, our staff is known to specialize in every range of project. We have the ability to convert electric, gas, or propane heat to an efficient oil fired heating system. SERVICE PLANS
We have three service plans available that consist of various levels of protection for your heating system. Our Pre-Season Burner Conditioning Plan consists of a complete cleaning of your heating system. Every heating system should be cleaned once a year to maximize its efficiency capabilities. Our technicians will replace the filter and nozzle, vacuum in and around the system, inspect the system, lubricate the motor, blower and/or water pump motor. They will also make any necessary adjustments to the ignition, controls and switches, cement any air leaks perform an efficiency test and will recommend any additional repairs to the heating system that may be necessary.
We also offer a Comprehensive Service Plan that includes the Pre-Season Burner Conditioning Plan above plus a wide range of parts and the labor to replace them. We offer one for forced hot water and steam systems and one for forced warm air systems. These plans run for one year, and automatically renew for you.
